Promimpresa is a partner in the European Project “WISE – Women Inclusion through Social Enterprise” (2019-1-UK01-KA204-061876), co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. WISE will have a duration of 30 months, from September 2019 to February 2022.

Promimpresa, together with the project leader MEH – Merseyside Expanding Horizon (UK) and the partners GRDR – (France), Magenta Consultoria (Spain), CIK Trebnje (Slovenia), ANUP-I (Romania), aims to create leadership opportunities for women in the field of social entrepreneurship and tackle working environment-based gender segregation to improve equality.

The objectives of the project are:

– To foster the social inclusion of women from all ethnic, faith and social backgrounds, in order to increase their employability, entrepreneurial education and their skills development, among others

– To provide Adult Educators with innovative tools to address women’s challenges

– To promote intercultural dialogue between cultures

The main target groups addressed are:

– Adult Educators

– Women of marginalized groups aspiring to become social entrepreneurs

– Women business leaders from Social Enterprise

The project sets out to produce five Intellectual Outputs:

– IO1: Contemporary Comparative Study on Social Enterprises in EU Economies and the role of Women within these Social Enterprises

– IO2: European Training Module. “What are social enterprises and why do they enable women to develop their own labour market opportunities”

– IO3: Step by Step Guide and “WISE” Course Manual for Adult Educators

– IO4: Training Module for Peer Mentors/Educators

– IO5: Self Directed Training Module and Resource Bank for Women Social Entrepreneurs

Promimpresa è partner del progetto europeo “WISE – Women Inclusion through Social Enterprise” (2019-1-UK01-KA204-061876), cofinanziato dal programma Erasmus+ dell’Unione Europea. WISE avrà una durata di 30 mesi, da settembre 2019 a febbraio 2022.

Promimpresa, insieme al capofila di progetto MEH – Merseyside Expanding Horizon (UK) e ai partner GRDR – (Francia), Magenta Consultoria (Spagna), CIK Trebnje (Slovenia), ANUP-I (Romania), mira a creare opportunità di leadership per le donne nel campo dell’imprenditoria sociale e ad affrontare la segregazione di genere basata sull’ambiente di lavoro per migliorare la parità.

Gli obiettivi del progetto sono:

– Promuovere l’inclusione sociale delle donne di tutte le etnie, fedi e ambienti sociali, al fine di aumentare la loro occupabilità, l’educazione imprenditoriale e lo sviluppo delle loro competenze, tra gli altri

– Fornire agli educatori per adulti strumenti innovativi per affrontare le sfide delle donne

– Promuovere il dialogo interculturale tra le culture

I principali gruppi target a cui si rivolge sono:

– Educatori adulti

– Donne di gruppi emarginati che aspirano a diventare imprenditrici sociali

– Donne leader di imprese sociali

Il progetto si propone di produrre cinque output intellettuali:

– IO1: Studio comparativo contemporaneo sulle imprese sociali nelle economie dell’UE e il ruolo delle donne in queste imprese sociali

– IO2: Modulo di formazione europea. “Cosa sono le imprese sociali e perché permettono alle donne di sviluppare le loro opportunità sul mercato del lavoro”

– IO3: Guida passo dopo passo e manuale del corso “WISE” per educatori di adulti

– IO4: Modulo di formazione per mentori/educatori alla pari

– IO5: Modulo di formazione autogestita e Banca delle risorse per donne imprenditrici sociali
